By submitting content to our platform (including forum posts, challenge solutions, or feedback), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with providing our Services.

6. CTF Challenges and Virtual Environments

Our platform provides Capture The Flag (CTF) challenges and isolated virtual environments for cybersecurity training purposes. You agree to:

• Only use the provided virtual environments for their intended educational purpose
• Not attempt to attack or compromise our platform infrastructure
• Only target systems and services explicitly designated as targets within challenges
• Not share access to your virtual environments with unauthorized users
• Not attempt to maintain persistent access to virtual environments beyond the designated challenge period

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BACKDOORS.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BACKDOORS.AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
